New England Commission of Higher Education,NECHE
The New England Board of Higher Education (NEBHE) is a regional higher education organization authorized by the U.S. Congress and approved by the governors and legislative bodies of the six New England states. Established in 1955, NEBHE is responsible for accrediting higher education institutions in the New England region of the United States. The organization represents over 260 higher education institutions in New England, including renowned universities such as Harvard University, Yale University, Dartmouth College, Brown University, and MIT, which account for half of the Ivy League schools in the United States. The region is also home to two of the best liberal arts colleges in the country: Williams College and Amherst College. In addition to these, New England boasts other top-tier institutions such as Tufts University, Brandeis University, the University of Connecticut, Boston University, Boston College, and Worcester Polytechnic Institute, many of which rank in the top 50 universities in the United States.

NCAA: National Collegiate Athletic Association
The NCAA certification program is an academic accreditation system designed for high school students, aiming to ensure that they are academically and athletically qualified to enter NCAA member universities and participate in sports activities. The NCAA requires student-athletes admitted to member universities to meet certain academic standards to balance their academic and athletic commitments in college. As a result, the NCAA has established strict academic criteria that high school courses must meet to be certified as “NCAA Core Courses.” These courses typically include core subjects such as English, mathematics, natural sciences, social sciences, and foreign languages, and must satisfy NCAA requirements regarding course content, instructional hours, and academic rigor. Additionally, these courses should offer academic challenges, such as Advanced Placement (AP) or Honors courses.
